I applied for a Globe Broadband Wired Connection + Landline Telephone (That is Promo P1,299 with free printer, headset and web cam). One of their agents took my requirements like payment slips, a copy of my credit card bill and Meralco bill). That was first week of April,(I guess it’s April 05, 2009) before the Catholic Lenten Season… but until now (today is May 10, 2009), I still don’t have my connection!
After ONE Agonizing Month…
Several days after the Catholic’s ‘Holy week’ (was it really holy?), somebody from the Globe office in the name of “Alfie” texted me and asked me to FAX (416-2729) one valid I.D. and a proof of billing (electricty bill, water bill…etc) in order for them to process my application. I said I already filed and submit those copies on their agent named “Vergie”.
Globe Personnel: “E sir, di po kasi na-forward ng globelines office yung requirement nyo sa amin. Sir sa Huwebes na po kayo kakabitan all you need to do is to fax na lang po the requirements”
Green Stickman: “Ha? E nagpasa na ko dati, magsa-submit pa ako uli ng maraming requirements??”
Sa inis ko, I did not fax my requirements, but then called “Vergie” to clarify things what’s happening.
I was not convinced on her explanation. My neighbors already have their connections handled by other agents like “Vergie”. One of the agents offered my mother their Globe Broadband+Landline promo AGAIN. My mother said we already applied but still get the agent’s number.
Because of my frustration on the first Globe Broadband Agent, we decided to contact the NEW agent.
I asked for another payment slips from our office, I photo copied my credit card bill, ID and Meralco Bill. And fill up another GLOBE Application FORM. Gusto ko masiguro na makakabitan na ko kaya kinumpleto ko talaga!
Last May 08, somebody text me that the connection will be ready on May 09 (Thank God! I said to myself…) and said that it is a WIRELESS broadband connection.
WAIT… WIRELESS??? What the…
I did not applied for a wireless connection! IT’S
WIRED CONNECTION + TELEPHONE!
PROMO P1299/ MONTH!
Until now, the Green Stickman is still waiting for a good service from Globe… well I just wish…
