The DOST-SEI Main Office can be found in Science Heritage Bldg., DOST Compound, General Santos Avenue, Bicutan, Taguig City. This is usually the place where former DOST Scholars go when they want to get a temporary or final clearance to go out of the country.
If you want to go here without riding a taxicab, you can ride MRT and get off in Magallanes Station (people also called this place “MANTRADE”). Down the MRT Magallanes Station, ride a bus with “SM Bicutan” signboard.
The travel is just around 10 minutes. You may get off the bus when you see SM Bicutan near the exit toll. You will see lots of people walking upstairs the footbridge. Go along and walk with them. And walk straight, do not walk towards SM Bicutan. When you go down the footbridge, you will see a DOST compound at the right after a small market, but this is not yet the place. You have to walk more until you found another DOST compound at the left side (across the street).
Inside the compound, you have to walk straight, then turn right. Walk for another 2 to 3 minutes inside and you will found the SEI building in your right. The compound is too big so better ask anybody to get in there.
