Filomena Building can be found in Amorsolo Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City. The office of National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC) can be found in this building. The building is located at back of Makati Medical Center.
If you want to go here without riding a taxicab, you can ride a bus from MRT Buendia Station. Ride a bus with signboards: AYALA Leveriza (The fare is around P11.00 as of February, 2011). Then tell the bus-conductor that you will get off in Makati Post Office.
You have to cross the street towards Makati Post Office, and then cross again towards Makati Medical Center. You can actually walk and get inside the Makati Medical Center Building. Don’t worry, you don’t have to be a patient of the hospital. If the guards don’t let you pass, just tell them that you will just eat in Burger King or Pizza Hut inside the building. 
The exit door is near Pizza Hut and Dairy Queen. When you exit the building, cross the street and walk straight forward. The small building in the right(second building I guess) is the back entrance of Filomena Building.
Oh, by the way, an alternative route is to ride a jeep at Mc Donalds in MRT Buendia Station with signboards LRT / Washington / Bel-Air. Tell the jeepney driver that you will get off in RCBC building (The fare is around P8.00 as of February 2011). Then cross the street towards Makati Medical Center.
